Another beautiful San Diego Day. A light breeze, sunny and about 65 degrees. A perfect day to go to the famous Broken Yolk on Garnet Street for brunch. It definitely qualifies for two meals as we didn't need to eat the rest of the day after a breakfast there.

We then walked down Garnet Street. I checked to see if there were any mother of the bride dresses in the shops but the clothing was for the younger set and nothing was appropriate. Came back to the condo and then ventured to the beach. We read and people watched. Decided to walk down toward Crystal Pier to check out the unit that we have rented for November. Couldn't get in but we took some pictures outside. Ron cooked hot dogs for supper. That's all we had as we weren't too hungry after our huge breakfast. Had a nice dip in the hot tub with a class of wine and conversed with one of our neighbors who had the same idea after we called it a day.

Ron reading and enjoying his tunes. He's also been good about running down to the Crystal Pier and back about a two mile run. Not bad for a 62 year old fart.

Yes that's what sunshine looks like ... blinding

I said we were people watching - not sure what was up with this guy but he had his crown, medals and dogs!

Another gorgeous San Diego day. I took the morning and straightened up the condo while Ron hit the exercise room and took a sauna before we headed off on our bikes. We rode to Bird Rock which is about a mile away. We parked our bikes and walked the entire town.
We walked the main street and stopped at a taco joint called Don Bravos for lunch.
We then walked to the water and enjoyed the beautiful views of the coast.

Came home, read, took a nap and then bussed down Mission Blvd. for a pizza. Walked back for the exercise. Tomorrow we head back to the harbor for a 2 hour boat excursion of the entire San Diego Bay.
